Petrol

RM2.70 per liter. for undefined amount of time. Possibly in the short term, it will raise again. I am not sure is this a fair price for Oil Producing Country like Malaysia.

With all other countries walking towards prosperity, putting efforts on global warming, green house effects, putting efforts to change the public transport service instead....

Malaysia only solution is to walk backward by raising price and ask the people to change lifestyle by ignoring people's quality of life. For this, I 'salute'. The best government ever.

Dissapointed.

eh...on the other side, many countries who are putting the green effort lah, public transport lah...etc all dun hv petrol subsidy one leh... We are actually moving forward lah, not backword lah. Only now with petrol price going up, people will REALLY want public transport. Back in Malaysia, ask yourself lah, when was the last time you take bus? although the service is bad, or in some cities there are no bus, but there is always the alternative of motor, bicyle, and car...then again, raising gas price, more ppl would probably actually SERIOUSLY think of doing car pool..something we talked about for many years...and this actually help reduce GHGs...

erm not so much on transportation but more worried on the increase in daily necessities..
sure the makanan and groceries will naik harga... sure they will "chan gey wooi ta kip" consumers by raising the prices as seen in the previous raise of 30sen in petrol, a bowl of noodles also naik by 30sen, so now? naik by 70sens? hahahahah XD

Chng, i cannot agree with you wo. when i say moving backward, it means the cost of living is higher yet the quality of living is getting down. For example, Japan, the cost of living is high, but look at their quality of live. All they concern about is which rubbish bin section to throw their stupid coca-cola can. And look at their students, can you find one who havent travel to overseas before?

Maybe i shudnt compare msia with japan. But, i really hope msia well. It such a beautiful country, if only we could manage it better, i think we could be so much better.

But, everyone entitle to their opinion. It's just me. :)

Dudu, Right after our dearest PM announced petrol up, eletricity also up, i think... it's time for serious inflation.
