Event: Kabuki Appreciation Class 歌舞伎鑑賞教室
Title: Yoshitsune Senbon Zakura (義経千本桜)
Venue: Japan National Theatre.



Watch the curtain opening, stage spinning, and fox jumping. And me sounding like a village girl. (Come to think of it, actually I do came from village)



The story is something about A sakura tree... and a drum on the sakura Tree. About all the man dress in women dresses, trying to walk gracefully and speak graciously like women. Aweful, tortured for 1 hours hearing he/she speak.

Story also something about Man1, Man 2 and 2 Extras. No idea.....

All I do know, the fella in the frame below is not related to the Sakura tree, Man1, Man 2 and the Drum. He is just pissed off with the stick he holding.



First time Kabuki. Probably the last time too.
